Stake App Download: Android and iOS Web App

Stake app at a glance

The app packs stake.com into a home-screen icon. It runs the same account, wallet and lobby as the desktop site and installs in a few taps.

A phone with a current browser and an internet connection is all the install needs. New players open an account first at account registration.

Layout of the app

The app opens on the same interface as stake.com, sized for a phone screen. Casino and Sports are the two main areas, with search and chat close at hand.

Sign In and Register sit in the header. Settings, Stake Smart limits and the Vault open from the account menu.

Features the app keeps from the website

Account tools carry over one to one, since the app runs stake.com itself. Settings changed on the phone apply on desktop at once.

Install the Stake app on Android

Android installs the app from the browser menu. Depending on the browser, the menu item reads Install app or Add to Home Screen.

1. Open stake.com in the Android browser.
2. Sign in, or select Register to open an account.
3. Open the browser menu.
4. Select Install app or Add to Home Screen.
5. Confirm, then open the app from the new icon.

The icon lands next to other apps in the launcher. The same steps work on an Android tablet.

Install the Stake app on iPhone and iPad

Safari handles the install on iOS and iPadOS. The icon lands on the home screen next to other apps.

1. Open stake.com in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Select Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add to confirm.
5. Open the app from the new icon and sign in.

The steps are identical on an iPad, and the same account signs in on both devices.

Supported devices and requirements

A web app has no fixed list of phone models. Any Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad whose browser offers Install app or Add to Home Screen can run it.

• Android: a browser with Install app or Add to Home Screen in its menu;
• iPhone and iPad: Safari with the Share button;
• a stable mobile data or Wi-Fi connection, since games and odds load live;
• an e-mail address that can receive codes from noreply@stake.com;
• an authenticator app if 2FA is switched on.

The app needs little storage: no installer file sits on the phone, and games load from the site each time they open.

Stake APK: no file to download

There is no APK on Google Play. The app installs from the browser, so a Stake app download never involves an installer file.

• APK files from other sites are not Stake's app;
• the web app needs no installer and no change to phone security settings;
• no permission to install apps from unknown sources is needed;
• the same steps work on any Android phone with a browser that offers Install app or Add to Home Screen.

Sites that offer a Stake APK file or a modified app are not a route to the operator. The only install path runs through stake.com in the phone's browser.

Installation problems and fixes

Most app problems start with a file from the wrong source, an old cache or a lost authenticator. Each one has a direct fix.

A stuck icon can also be removed from the home screen and added again in under a minute. The account, balance and settings stay untouched.

Updates without a store

The app loads stake.com itself, so every change on the site shows up in the app on the next launch. Nothing needs installing from a store.

1. Close the app fully and open it again.
2. If a screen still looks old, clear the browser cache and cookies.
3. If that fails, remove the icon and add it again from the browser.

New games and new sports markets appear in the app the moment they go live on the site. Removing and re-adding the icon never touches the balance, bets or settings.

Sign-up and sign-in in the app

The app opens the same registration form as the website. An account created on the phone works on a computer straight away, and the other way round.

1. Open the app and tap Register.
2. Enter the e-mail address and personal details.
3. Confirm the e-mail with the code in the Email Code field.

Sign-in takes e-mail or username and password, a Google, Facebook, Line, Twitch or Kick account, or a passkey. A passkey unlocks with the phone's biometrics or PIN and replaces the password and 2FA code.

• 2FA codes come from an authenticator app and change every 30 seconds;
• passkeys are added under Settings → Security;
• lost 2FA access goes to recovery@stake.com.

Sportsbook in the app

The full sportsbook runs in the app, pre-match and live. Soccer alone lists over 900 upcoming matches, with cricket, tennis, basketball and esports alongside.

• cricket: T20 and ODI matches, international and franchise leagues;
• football: Premier League, La Liga, Champions League and dozens more;
• tennis, basketball, CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant;
• single, multi and Same Game Multi bets;
• Stake Shield on multis of 3 or more legs;
• cash out on eligible bets and live streaming of selected events.

Live betting follows the same rules as on desktop: odds move during play, and cash out depends on live coverage of the event. Markets and bet types are explained under sportsbook markets.

Casino games in the app

Every casino title on the desktop site opens in the app. The lobby carries more than 10,000 slots, 118 live casino tables and all 31 Stake Originals.

Deposits and withdrawals in the app

Payments in the app run through the same wallet as on desktop. A confirmed e-mail is needed before the first deposit or withdrawal.

INR deposit

Rupee deposits go through a third-party payment page and are credited within up to 24 hours.

1. Open the Wallet and select Deposit.
2. Choose Indian Rupee.
3. Enter the amount.
4. Follow the steps on the payment page.

INR withdrawal

Rupee withdrawals go by bank transfer with the IFSC code and take up to 3 business days. Each deposit must be wagered in full before a withdrawal.

1. Open the Wallet and select Withdraw.
2. Enter the amount.
3. Add the bank details with the IFSC code.
4. Wait for the confirmation notice.

Crypto

Deposits and withdrawals work in 20+ coins, with no maximum on either. Balances can be displayed in INR.

App or mobile site

The app and the mobile site are the same product. The difference lies in how each opens on the phone.

Players who switch between the two lose nothing: bets, balance and VIP progress follow the account, not the device.

Age limit and play limits

The app follows the same rules as the site: players must be 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Stake Smart limits, Break in Play and self-exclusion apply in the app as well.
