INR withdrawal by bank transfer
Indian Rupee withdrawals land in a bank account by bank transfer. The transfer needs the account details and the IFSC code of the receiving branch.
- Open the Wallet and pick the Withdraw tab.
- Select Indian Rupee and enter the amount.
- Fill in the bank details, including the IFSC code.
- Confirm the request.
- Wait for the notification that the withdrawal is processed.
The bank account must be held in the player's own name. Withdrawals normally go back through the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals from the app
The web app runs the same Wallet as the full site, so the Withdraw tab, bank details form and crypto screen are identical. Confirmation codes and OAuth prompts work the same way.
Withdrawal options for India
Two withdrawal routes serve accounts in India: a bank transfer in Indian Rupee and a crypto transfer to a wallet address. Each has its own timing, minimum and fee rules.
| Route | Where funds go | Limits | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| INR bank transfer | Bank account in the player's name, with IFSC | Minimum shown on the withdrawal screen | May be charged at the operator's discretion; banks can add charges |
| Crypto | Wallet address entered by the player | Minimum per coin; no maximum | Network fee per coin |
When deposits came from several methods, the operator can split a withdrawal across those methods. BUSD is accepted for withdrawal only, never for deposits.
Stake withdrawal time
Bank transfers take up to 3 business days, and the exact time can vary with the receiving bank. Crypto withdrawals have no published processing time; the wallet confirms each one once it is sent.
| Method | Time | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| INR bank transfer | Up to 3 business days | Status "pending" means the payment provider is processing it |
| Crypto | No published time; sent after confirmation | Large amounts can get a manual check and a temporary hold |
| Swap Crypto | Up to 2 hours | Booked as a withdrawal plus a deposit |
An INR withdrawal that takes longer than 3 business days goes to support with a screenshot and the transaction ID. Enhanced due diligence before a payout can add time.
Rules before a withdrawal: wager and verification
Each deposit must be wagered 100% of its value before it can be withdrawn. Until then the wallet shows "Please wager before withdrawing".
- the e-mail address must be verified;
- identity documents may be requested before any withdrawal, as listed in KYC rules;
- the receiving bank account or wallet must belong to the account holder;
- any extra information the operator asks for must be provided first;
- a deposit withdrawn without any bets placed is treated as invalid;
- an account under investigation can see withdrawals delayed until the check ends.
Several pending withdrawals can be rejected together, with a request to submit one withdrawal for the total. Funds in a closed, locked or excluded account are recovered through support@stake.com.
Crypto withdrawal steps
Crypto withdrawals go to a wallet address the player enters. The request is confirmed with a 2FA code, a code sent by e-mail or an OAuth re-verification.
- Open the Wallet and pick the Withdraw tab.
- Choose the coin and the network.
- Paste the destination address.
- Enter the amount and check the minimum and fee at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm with the 2FA code, the e-mail code or the OAuth prompt.
Accounts created through Google, Facebook or Kick confirm withdrawals by re-verifying with that service. A login secured with 2FA uses the authenticator code instead.
Crypto minimum withdrawal and fees
Crypto withdrawals have no maximum. Each coin has its own minimum and network fee, and the withdrawal screen shows the current figures at the bottom.
| Coin | Minimum | Fee |

Minimums and fees change with network costs. The figure on the withdrawal screen is the one that applies.
The operator may charge a fee on fiat withdrawals at its discretion, and banks can add their own charges. Crypto fees show at the bottom of the withdrawal screen before confirmation.
18+The withdrawal screen shows the current minimum and fee for each coin.
Vault and large withdrawals
The Vault is separate storage inside the account, found under Account → Vault. Funds can stay there indefinitely, and access is protected by the password, the verified e-mail and 2FA.
Large crypto withdrawals can go through a manual check, which can mean a temporary hold. Additional identity checks can be run before any withdrawal.
Common withdrawal problems
Withdrawals usually stall on the wager rule, the bank details or missing documents. Each case has a clear fix.
| Mistake | Consequence | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawing before the deposit is wagered | "Please wager before withdrawing" | Wager 100% of the deposit first |
| Deposit and withdrawal with no bets in between | The withdrawal is invalid | Withdrawals follow real play on the deposit |
| Wrong IFSC code or account number | The bank transfer is delayed or fails | Check the IFSC code with the bank before submitting |
| Bank account in another person's name | The withdrawal can be refused | Use an account held in the player's own name |
| Wrong crypto address or network | A transfer to a wrong address cannot be pulled back | Copy the address from the receiving wallet and match the network |
| Amount below the coin minimum | The request is not accepted | Check the minimum at the bottom of the withdrawal screen |
| Several pending withdrawals | All of them can be rejected | Submit one withdrawal for the total |
| Documents not provided | Withdrawals are restricted | Upload the documents listed in KYC requirements |
When a withdrawal is stuck
A bank withdrawal still pending after 3 business days goes to live chat support with a screenshot and the transaction ID. Crypto withdrawals on hold for a manual check also go through support.
- open live chat or write to support@stake.com;
- attach the screenshot of the request and the transaction ID;
- mention the bank and IFSC code for INR transfers, or the coin and network for crypto.
Live chat and e-mail handle every payment case. Genuine messages from the operator arrive from noreply@stake.com or noreply@mail.stake.com.
Banks, taxes and the PROG Act
Section 7 of the PROG Act, 2025 bars banks and payment handlers from facilitating transactions for online money gaming services. A bank can therefore decline or hold a transfer linked to such a service, whatever the operator's own processing time.
Winnings fall under income tax at 30% (section 115BBJ), with TDS at 30% under section 194BA. Help with gambling problems is free on Tele-MANAS 14416, around the clock. Payments for online money games fall under the PROG Act, 2025.
